Description
Marinette County is seeking a single‑prime contractor to replace the existing ballasted EPDM roof on its Law Enforcement Center with a new ballasted TPO roofing system. The scope includes removal and disposal of the existing roof membrane, inspection and replacement of damaged insulation, installation of new poly‑isocyanurate insulation, new wood blocking/plywood as needed, construction of new curbs and sumps, and full installation of a 60‑mil TPO membrane with metal edge and flashing details. Optional alternates cover additional roof sections and a joint‑sealant & wall‑treatment package. The contract requires a 2‑year workmanship warranty, a 20‑year manufacturer roof‑system warranty, and compliance with all applicable codes and insurance requirements.
