The Lansing Board of Water & Light (BWL) is seeking a qualified contractor to enter into a Long‑Term Service Agreement (LTSA) to perform hot‑section overhauls and semi‑annual maintenance on its REO combustion turbine generator (CTG). The contractor must supply labor, materials, and expertise to disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble turbine hot‑section components, as well as conduct scheduled semi‑annual preventive maintenance.
