The Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration (Office of Statewide Strategic Sourcing) is seeking qualified vendors to join a Pre‑Approved Vendor List (PVL) for temporary staffing services across eight state regions. Vendors will submit hourly rates for four staff categories (General Office Support, Administrative Office Support, Accounting Office Support, Warehouse Clerk) and can bid on any combination of categories and regions. The PVL will be effective February 1 2027 and remain active for five years, with individual contracts awarded by state agencies on an as‑needed basis. Vendors must maintain a pool of qualified workers ready within 48 hours, provide insurance (workers’ comp, $1 M general liability, $100 k fidelity), and comply with all state policies. Bids are due November 10 2026; questions must be submitted by October 16 2026. The award notice is expected December 10 2026, and contracts will be indefinite‑quantity, fixed‑price hourly engagements.
