Sole Source - ESRI, Inc

The City of Gallup is seeking to procure a Geographic Information System (GIS) software licensing agreement from ESRI, Inc. The agreement will include software maintenance and technical support for a term of three years. The City's spatial and mapping systems rely exclusively on the proprietary Esri ArcGIS platform, and switching to a non-Esri GIS platform is not feasible due to technical and economic reasons. The City has determined that ESRI is the sole manufacturer and exclusive direct provider of the Enterprise platform and direct software maintenance.
