Anti Gravity Treadmill

The US Air Force is seeking to purchase one anti-gravity treadmill for the physical therapy clinic at Mountain Home Air Force Base in Idaho. The treadmill must meet the specifications outlined in the attached characteristics sheet. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror with the lowest total evaluated price that meets or exceeds the acceptability standards for non-cost factors. • The contract is for a commercial product or service. • The offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. • The offeror must submit a signed copy of the solicitation/RFQ document with the line item(s)/total price proposed, company information, and signed quote/proposal. • The offeror must provide sufficient product data and information regarding the proposed product(s) to confirm that it meets the salient characteristics and specifications outlined in the attached specifications and/or product description document(s).
