Description
The City of Seattle is seeking to establish a consultant roster for architectural and planning services. The roster will be used by City departments to select consultants for projects without a formal, advertised competitive process. Consultants must meet minimum qualifications, including having completed three or more projects that fall under the scope of work description for the roster category they are applying to, and having key personnel and/or Principal with the required professional licenses, certificates, and education. The roster categories include Architectural Services - Space Planning, Architectural Services - Structures, Architectural Services - Urban, Drafting (CAD/CADD) Services, Historic Resource Inventories/Assessments/Design, Landscape Architectural Services, and Urban Planning.
• Architectural Services - Space Planning: space planning studies, inventory, analysis, evaluation, monitoring, recommendations, design, plans, specifications or estimates, plan review, permitting, reports, construction administration or inspection, or expert witness.
• Architectural Services - Structures: architectural structure design studies, functional analysis, renderings, architectural presentation materials, evaluation, monitoring, recommendations, conceptual or schematic design, design development, construction plans, specifications or estimates, plan review, permitting, reports, construction administration or inspection, or expert witness.
• Architectural Services - Urban: architectural urban design studies, analysis, evaluation, monitoring, recommendations, design, plans, specifications or estimates, plan review, permitting, reports, construction administration or inspection, or expert witness.
• Drafting (CAD/CADD) Services: CAD or CADD drafting services.
• Historic Resource Inventories/Assessments/Design: historic resource inventories, assessments, impacts, rehabilitation, or design for re-use.
• Landscape Architectural Services: landscape architectural studies, analysis, evaluation, monitoring, recommendations, design, plans, specifications or estimates, plan review, permitting, reports, studies, analysis, evaluation, monitoring, recommendations, architectural landscape services, construction administration or expert witness.
• Urban Planning: urban planning studies, analysis, evaluation, monitoring, recommendations, design, plans, specifications or estimates, plan review, permitting, reports, construction administration or inspection, or expert witness.
