Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide building drone cleaning services for the Loma Linda VA Medical Center. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, services, tools, incidentals, and supervision required to service and provide comprehensive cleaning services for all exterior façades, windows, and hard surfaces at the VA Loma Linda property. The services will utilize advanced technology, including drones and industrial-grade equipment, to ensure superior quality, efficiently and with minimal disruption to VA operations and patient care. Some key requirements include:
* Annual cleaning of exterior of façade and windows using a combination of drone technology and traditional methods
* Option for four additional years of service
* Compliance with all safety regulations and standards
* Utilization of soft-washing technique with heated water, appropriate pressure, and customized cleaning solutions
* Use of FAA-licensed drone pilot
* Coordination with VA staff to schedule work and ensure minimal disruption to operations
* Conformance to OSHA regulations, NFPA, and other local, state, or federal guidelines.
