The State of Alabama is seeking an authorized HP Poly supplier to provide a full range of telephony hardware (headsets, conference phones, business phones, video‑conferencing equipment) and related software and support services to all state agencies, local governments and public schools. The contract is an indefinite‑delivery‑term, 12‑month base period with up to four optional 12‑month extensions, and the award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder based on percent discount off MSRP for each line item.
