ON-CALL PAVEMENT ENGINEERING AND ASSESSMENT SERVICES

Tri‑Met is seeking a qualified engineering firm to provide on‑call pavement engineering and assessment services for its transit system. The contractor will be called upon as needs arise to conduct field surveys, condition assessments, preliminary and final design work, and construction‑phase support for roadway and pavement projects throughout the district. This is a flexible, on‑demand arrangement rather than a single‑project contract, requiring the vendor to maintain readiness and a broad set of civil, geotechnical, and general engineering capabilities. • Perform field surveys and pavement condition assessments on an as‑needed basis. • Deliver preliminary design concepts, detailed final design documents, and construction‑ready drawings. • Provide construction‑phase engineering support, including inspections, issue resolution, and design modifications. • Must be registered in TriMet’s e‑procurement system (TriP$) and answer mandatory pre‑proposal questionnaire items. • All proposals submitted electronically by 14 May 2026; no public opening of proposals.
