The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – Albuquerque District is seeking sources for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for civil works design, surveying, and mapping. The contract will be for a base period of 5 years with the option to extend for an additional 5 years. The successful firm will provide services for flood control and erosion protection projects within the Albuquerque District's area of responsibility, which includes Southern Colorado, New Mexico, and Southwest Texas. The firm must have experience in civil works design, surveying, and mapping, and must be able to provide a range of services including construction inspection, shop drawing review, and as-built drawing preparation.
• The contract will have a maximum value of $49,900,000.
• The firm must have experience with COE programs including HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, GSSHA, Hy8, HEC-SSP, HEC-RESIM, HEC-FDA, ADH with sediment, RiverWare, FME, Python, and ESRI Arc GIS/QGIS.
• The firm must have a ASPRS Certified Photogrammetrist in-house with experience in managing large- and small-scale mapping projects.
• The firm must be able to provide Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyor(s) registered in New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, and Texas.
• The firm must be familiar with the latest versions of the US Army Corps of Engineers Spatial Data Standards for Facilities, Infrastructure, and Environment (SDSFIE) and the AEC CADD Standards.
