The State of Vermont’s Department of Buildings and General Services is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive trash removal, recycling collection, and food‑scrap collection services across more than 70 state‑owned locations. The contract includes supplying appropriate containers, weekly (or as‑required) pickups, cleaning/disinfection of food‑scrap containers, reporting tonnage, and maintaining compliance with state recycling and landfill‑ban regulations. The award will be a one‑year contract starting October 1, 2026, with up to four one‑year renewal options.
