Description
The Vermont Agency of Transportation is seeking to retain the services of qualified Consultant Appraisers to perform appraisal services, including appraisal reports, review reports, consultation, training, and business loss analysis, in connection with the acquisition of real property for transportation projects, sale of surplus real property, and other related activities. The selected appraiser will be required to have experience in performing appraisal services for transportation projects.

The Agency requires the appraiser to have knowledge of real property appraisal principles, practices, and procedures, as well as experience in performing appraisals for transportation projects.
