General Merchandise and Supermarket Stores

The Alief Independent School District is seeking discount pricing for general merchandise and supermarket stores. The district will make awards to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible, and proposals will be evaluated and either accepted or rejected by the district. The district reserves the right to negotiate any terms, conditions, or pricing with a proposer. • The contract term is July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2029. • Proposal responses will be accepted on a continual basis until 2:00 pm, April 30, 2029. • The district anticipates awarding this contract at the June 2024 school board meeting. • The estimated value of the contract is $50,000.00.
