Senspex SPX-550 Thermal Imager (No Substitute)

The State of Minnesota is seeking proposals for the provision of one Senspex SPX-550 Thermal Imager System with advanced system processor and accessories. The contract term is anticipated to be from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027, with the option to extend up to an additional 4 years. The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $185,000 to $190,000. Responders must submit their proposals through the SWIFT Supplier Portal, and all responses must be received by April 22, 2026, at 3:00 PM CT. Key requirements include: • The provision of a Senspex SPX-550 Thermal Imager System with advanced system processor • The provision of accessories, including a DIGITAL INTERFACE UNIT (DIU) and a Cable Senspex VZ • Compliance with the specifications detailed in Exhibit C of the Sample Contract • Submission of a price proposal document and all required additional documents The State reserves the right to reject any and all responses, waive or modify any informalities or inconsistencies, and negotiate with the highest scoring responder.
