Physical Map Revision for Little Sarasota Bay, Lemon Bay, and Phillippi Creek Watersheds

Sarasota County is seeking qualified professional engineering firms to prepare updated FEMA floodplain analyses for the Little Sarasota Bay, Lemon Bay, and Phillip Creek watersheds. The work will be funded in whole or in part by the Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) under award 26CF0004889/Q413 and will be performed under a County‑specific project agreement. The scope includes developing flood maps, models, and related documentation, complying with SWFWMD and County recognition requirements, maintaining audit‑ready records, and adhering to diversity and intellectual‑property provisions.
