Sole Source to extend current engagement with MTS

The State of Colorado’s Office of Information Technology is issuing a sole‑source procurement to extend its existing managed‑services engagement with MTS IntegraTRAK for Telecom Expense Management (TEM) and related data‑archival services. The work will run from September 1 2026 through November 30 2026, with a total contract value of $47,100. The extension is needed to obtain historical data and complete the migration to a new solution (Calero) before the current contract expires. • Extend MTS‑provided TEM managed services and exsight module access. • Deliver data‑archival, CDR collection, asset management, provisioning/help‑desk ticketing, and invoice/dispute management. • Provide up to 120 application user seats and 500 reporting seats; additional seats billed at $20 per seat/month. • Process up to 35,000 Cisco/Webex extensions; extra extensions billed at $0.155 per extension/month. • Support invoice management for up to $5 M annual telecom spend; paper invoice entry up to 75 invoices/month. • Provide custom GL export, custom reporting, and limited IT/security documentation (hourly). • All services to be performed remotely with occasional on‑site coordination as required by the Customer.
