Description
The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant team to provide engineering services for the modernization of 18 escalators and 12 elevators at Phoenix Sky Harbor Rental Car Center. The project includes design and possible construction administration and inspection services. The estimated construction cost is $50 million, and the project is expected to last six years. The selected team will be required to maintain all project records in electronic format and utilize the City's project management database. The team will be selected through a qualifications-based selection process, and the City expects to create a final list of at least three, but not more than five teams for this project.
