ROOF TOP UNIT REPLACEMENT, TORRINGTON

The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) is requesting competitive bids from qualified HVAC contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, permits (if required), and incidental items necessary to remove and replace the existing HVAC unit and ductless heat pump system at the WYDOT Driver Services Office in Torrington, Wyoming. The project shall be completed as a complete turnkey installation. • Remove and dispose of the existing Lennox rooftop unit. • Remove and dispose of the existing Mitsubishi ductless heat pump system. • Furnish and install one (1) new rooftop packaged HVAC unit of equal or greater capacity. • Furnish and install one (1) new 12,000 BTUH ductless heat pump system. • Provide new refrigerant piping, control wiring, condensate drain, electrical connections, and accessories required for a complete installation. The contractor shall provide a minimum one (1) year workmanship warranty beginning on the date of system startup and final acceptance by WYDOT.
