RFP for Pigging Services

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is for Washington County to secure pigging services to remove flow restrictions from low spots. The successful Contractor will have the ability to perform all the functions below, including engineering estimate and special considerations, preliminary work and safety plan, job scope, and PPE. The Contractor must submit a proposal that includes a cover letter, qualifications and experience, conflict of interest, fees, references, and Appendix A – County’s Standard Terms and Conditions. The County will evaluate the proposals based on the evaluation criteria, which include signed Appendix A, expressed understanding of the services and requirements, qualifications and experience, cost, and references. • The RFP release date is May 29, 2026. • The questions due date is June 5, 2026, at 4:00 pm CST. • The proposals due date is June 16, 2026, at 4:00 pm CST. • The notification of award is expected to be on June 23, 2026. • The commencement date is expected to be on July 1, 2026. • The completion date is expected to be on October 31, 2026.
