Staffing Agency for Subsidized Employment Programs

The North East Texas Workforce Development Board is seeking a staffing agency to provide payroll processing services for customers enrolled in Subsidized Employment programs, including online onboarding, weekly payroll processing, and weekly invoicing. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods. The selected agency will be required to provide services that meet the requirements of the Texas Workforce Commission and the Board. • The agency must have experience in monitoring federal and state programs. • The agency must have knowledge of workforce program requirements. • The agency must be able to produce and maintain supportive documentation. • The agency must be able to prepare and produce clear, concise, and timely reports. • The agency must be able to provide online onboarding for participants. • The agency must be able to provide weekly payroll processing. • The agency must be able to provide options for direct deposit or payment cards. • The agency must be able to provide weekly invoicing for each program. • The agency must be able to provide W2s completed at the end of the year.
