CONTRACT: Short Term Vehicle and Box Truck Rental Services

The State of New Hampshire is seeking a vendor to provide short-term vehicle and box truck rental services. The vendor will be required to supply all labor, tools, transportation, materials, equipment, and permits necessary to perform the services. The contract term will be for approximately five years, with the option to extend for an additional three years. The vendor must be duly registered as a vendor authorized to conduct business in the State of New Hampshire and must have a completed Vendor Application Package on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property. • The vendor must provide pricing information and complete the "Vendor Contact Information" section. • The vendor must maintain comprehensive general liability insurance coverage and workers' compensation insurance. • The vendor must comply with all State of New Hampshire terms and conditions. • The vendor must provide a dedicated account representative and a backup in their absence. • The vendor must submit a quarterly and annual usage report for analysis.
