Mission Support Services BPA

The U.S. Air Force Civil Engineer Squadron is establishing a multiple‑award, open‑market Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide rapid, short‑notice mission support services for National Special Security Events and other contingency‑driven events. The BPA will cover rental equipment, temporary power and climate control, temporary facilities, emergency logistics, lodging coordination, and related transportation services. Up to three or four vendors will be selected, each call limited to $750,000, with a five‑year ordering period. Quotations must be submitted electronically by 28 August 2026, and questions are due by 21 August 2026. • Scope includes generators, HVAC, lighting, tents, portable restrooms, barriers, flooring, furniture, and related installation/maintenance. • Additional categories: emergency logistics, evacuation, recovery, and lodging/transport coordination. • Performance locations: Joint Base Anacostia‑Bolling and other federal sites in the National Capital Region (potentially elsewhere). • Mandatory Excel quotation workbook; supplemental narrative limited to 10 pages. • Evaluation based on technical capability, past performance, and price reasonableness; all factors assessed on an acceptable/unacceptable basis. • No minimum dollar commitment; each individual order capped at $750,000.
