S--SEPTIC TANK/VAULT TOILET PUMP OUTS

The National Park Service (NPS) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide on‑demand septic‑tank and vault‑toilet pump‑out services for the Big Cypress National Preserve (BICY). The work includes routine pump‑outs (minimum 5,000 gallons per event), additional gallons beyond the minimum, 12‑hour emergency response pump‑outs, disposal fee handling, mobilization/demobilization per trip, and optional spill‑response/cleanup. Services are performed on an as‑needed basis over a base year (9/23/2026‑9/22/2027) with four one‑year options, for up to five years total. The contractor must transport wastewater to an approved treatment facility, comply with all federal, state, and local regulations, provide required documentation, and maintain safety and spill‑response plans.
