Remote Technical Support Services for the Disorientation Research Device (DRD),

The United States Department of the Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC) is seeking a contractor to provide remote technical support services for the Disorientation Research Device (DRD), a unique and expensive research system. The contractor will provide up to 40 hours of technical assistance per year, and the contract is expected to start on 25 September 2025. The technical assistance will include troubleshooting, consultation, and support for the DRD's hardware, electrical systems, software programs, databases, and technical data. The contractor will also provide support for the system's software, but this will not include ensuring licensing is current, maintaining system software, loading data, or investigating other OEM software.
