V999--VALB Shuttle & Valet SVCs

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide on-site valet and shuttle services at the VA Long Beach Healthcare System. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, vehicles, personnel, supervision, supplies, equipment, and necessary reporting for the provision of shuttle and valet services. The services will include continuous shuttle services throughout the campus and associated parking areas, as well as valet parking services for eligible beneficiaries, authorized personnel, and visitors. The contractor will be required to provide monthly reports to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and maintain daily records of valet parking activity. The contract period is estimated to be from 10/01/2026 to 09/30/2031. Some key points to consider: • The contractor must provide two 20-passenger ADA-compliant buses and two Class B Commercial Driver’s Licensed (CDL) shuttle drivers with passenger endorsement. • The contractor must provide three 6-8 passenger GEM E6 Electric Vehicles and two current California Class C drivers to operate these carts. • The contractor must provide professional valet booths and/or podiums to designate the valet parking service location. • The contractor must provide lockable key cabinets for securing of keys. • The contractor must provide one shelter (tent/canopy) for valet employees, eligible beneficiaries, authorized personnel, and visitors from the sun and inclement weather.
