Description
The State of Vermont, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) is seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies that can provide post-secondary education support (career advancement services) to support DVR participants in achieving post-secondary credentials that will result in high-wage and high-quality employment. The contractor will provide one full-time equivalent (FTE) Career Advancement Program Manager to support HireAbility participants enrolled in post-secondary education, and will develop an employment readiness opportunity to prepare VR enrolled individuals for successful participation in courses or program offerings. The contractor will also support students enrolling in classes that enable participants to earn college credits and/or industry-recognized credentials.
