Update to the Vermont Life Cycle Analysis of Greenhouse Gas Emissions

The Vermont Agency of Natural Resources (ANR) Climate Action Office seeks a qualified consultant to update and expand the state’s life‑cycle greenhouse‑gas (GHG) emissions analysis for energy use. The contractor will refresh emission factors, add Renewable Diesel and new biofuel pathways, revise wood‑pellet data using Northeast sources, and produce a full, publication‑ready methodology and results report to supplement the annual Vermont GHG Inventory.
