Resident Haircuts for Eastern Regional Jail & Corrections

The contractor must hold a valid WV Barber and Cosmetology license, pass background checks, and supply all tools (clippers only). Services are performed on Sundays and Wednesdays, with approximately 250 haircuts per month, and the facility will provide weekly inmate lists for billing. The vendor may not subcontract the work, must adhere to security protocols, and will be paid a flat rate per haircut on a monthly basis.
