Description
The City of Lodi Electric Utility is seeking qualified manufacturers or authorized suppliers to design, fabricate, test, ship, and install two 230/60 kV auto‑transformers for the new Guild Substation. The contract includes full factory acceptance testing, transportation logistics, on‑site field supervision, warranty support, and optional storage or deferral services. Proposers must submit detailed technical compliance matrices, pricing, insurance/bonding documentation, and a not‑to‑exceed (NTE) contract amount. Evaluation will be based on technical compliance, cost, schedule, and the ability to accommodate potential delays from the adjacent PG&E project.
