The Oklahoma Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Central Purchasing division, on behalf of the Construction Industries Board, is issuing an RFx to obtain a statewide contract for the development, management, and administration of a license examination program covering plumbing, electrical, mechanical, home inspector (admin only), and roofing trades. The contractor will be responsible for creating exam content, maintaining the testing platform, administering exams to applicants, scoring, reporting results, and providing ongoing program support.
