50 CES Safety-Fire Extinguisher Training Trailer Combo

The United States Space Force, through Schriever SFB Fire & Emergency Services, is seeking a contractor to design, fabricate, deliver, and support a turn‑key Life Safety Education Trailer combined with an Augmented‑Reality Fire Extinguisher Trainer. The trailer must meet detailed specifications (V‑nose aluminum construction, ADA‑compliant ramps, solar power, HVAC, communications suite, custom graphics, etc.) and include a suite of realistic fire‑safety props and a severe‑weather simulation module. The Fire Extinguisher Trainer must provide AR‑based scenarios for multiple extinguisher types, capture participant performance data, and be fully portable. The contractor will also provide on‑site hands‑on training (4 hours for up to 8 personnel), two virtual sessions, and online videos, plus a one‑year warranty support period. • Design and manufacture a fully equipped, red‑painted, V‑nose aluminum trailer meeting extensive DOT, ADA, and utility specifications. • Integrate power systems: 14 kBTU A/C, solar‑charging, dual‑fuel generator, 30‑A shoreline connector, AGM batteries. • Outfit interior with LED lighting, smart TV, tablet‑controlled communications, and custom graphics. • Provide a library of fire‑safety props (kitchen fire, bedroom, BBQ, severe‑weather) with realistic smoke, flame, and sound effects. • Deliver an AR fire‑extinguisher trainer supporting at least seven extinguisher types, performance metrics, and scenario libraries. • Conduct 4 hours of on‑site hands‑on training for up to eight users, plus two virtual sessions and supplemental e‑learning videos. • Offer a one‑year warranty with technical support, troubleshooting, and discrepancy resolution.
