Life Connections Program - FCI Fort Dix

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award of an indefinite delivery/requirements type contract with firm fixed unit prices for the provision of Life Connection Program Spiritual Guide and Facilitator services at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) located in Fort Dix, New Jersey. The contract will include a base year period from the effective date of award through 12 months from the effective date of award with four possible 12-month option years for renewal at the unilateral discretion of the Government. The contractor will work closely with the Program Manager and other program staff to assist in the development of the program and gauge the progress of the AIC participants. The contractor must be a member in good standing with a recognized faith-based community and possess at a minimum, a Bachelor of Arts degree from an accredited college or university with a major in religious studies, education, or related studies. • The contractor will provide up to 25 hours per week of program facilitation services. • The contractor will provide up to 20 hours per week of spiritual guide services. • The contractor will work with a broad variety of faith communities in the Life Connections Program Unit. • The contractor will organize and oversee interactive sessions with the core curriculum topics of the Residential Life Connection Program. • The contractor will provide documentation to the COR, or designee, of any infractions of institutional rules and regulations by AICs for proper action.
