Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) Services CT211072001-05 Amendment

The Missouri Department of Social Services, Family Support Division is seeking to amend the contract for Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) Services with Fidelity Information Services, LLC. The contract provides EBT card and benefit services for eligible Missouri families. The amendment is necessary to fund the Summer Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) Program for Summer 2026. Fidelity Information Services, LLC is the only vendor with the ability to roll-out the Summer 2026 EBT program benefits in the restrictive timeframe. • The contract period is from June 6, 2022, through June 5, 2027. • The amendment period is from the date of award through implementation and completion of Summer 2026 EBT program services. • The supplier is Fidelity Information Services LLC (FIS). • The buyer is Molly Hurt.
