SS4A Demonstration Project Design and Construction Engineering and Inspection Services Request for Letters of Interest

The City of Rogers, Arkansas is seeking qualified consulting firms to submit Letters of Interest (LOI) for professional engineering, design, and construction‑engineering‑inspection (CEI) services supporting three temporary roadway safety demonstration projects funded by the U.S. DOT Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) grant. The effort includes construction‑document‑level design, CEI, data collection, and a final evaluation report with a traffic‑calming toolkit.
