SS4A US-71B Corridor Study and Railyard Loop Trail Undercrossing Feasibility Studies Request for Letters of Interest

The City of Rogers, Arkansas is seeking qualified consulting firms to submit Letters of Interest (LOI) for professional planning, engineering, and related services to conduct a comprehensive safety, mobility and access‑management study of the 6.7‑mile US‑71B corridor and to perform feasibility studies for grade‑separated trail undercrossings at two locations. The effort is funded by the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) grant and must comply with federal procurement regulations.
