The Town of Prosper is seeking a qualified contractor to design, furnish, and construct a major roadway improvement on Coit Road (Prosper Trail). The scope includes demolition of existing pavement, removal of utilities, excavation, installation of new concrete pavement (four‑lane, designed for eventual six‑lane capacity), curb and gutter, underground storm‑drainage systems, sidewalks, median landscaping, and associated traffic‑control devices. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, and required performance, payment, and maintenance bonds, as well as insurance. The project is estimated at $18.7 million and will be bid as a competitive sealed proposal with electronic and hard‑copy submission options.
