Description
North Dakota’s Public Employees Retirement System is seeking a qualified insurance/administration vendor to provide comprehensive health‑and‑prescription‑drug coverage for its employee and retiree populations statewide. The contract will run for two years, covering all aspects of plan design, network management, utilization review, disease management, wellness initiatives, and pharmacy benefit administration. Vendors must demonstrate the ability to operate a statewide provider network and deliver integrated health‑insurance services.
