Description
The USASOC seeks a qualified small‑business contractor to completely refurbish a large medical waste incinerator and retrofit a smaller one at the Joint Special Operations Medical Training Center, Fort Bragg, NC. The contract is a single‑award Firm‑Fixed‑Price order, set‑aside for small businesses, and includes full project management, supply, installation, testing, training, and three post‑commissioning warranty inspections over a 24‑week performance period. The contractor must comply with federal, state, and local environmental, safety, and USDA regulations, and provide all necessary documentation for operational permits. Quotations are due 23 Sep 2026; questions must be submitted by 14 Sep 2026. • Refurbish one “large” incinerator (≥350 lb/hr) and retrofit one “small” incinerator (≥200 lb/hr). • Provide all labor, materials, equipment, freight, crane services, and on‑site training for up to five government personnel. • Deliver comprehensive manuals, warranties, and conduct warranty inspections at 3, 6, and 12 months after commissioning. • Perform a site visit, project kickoff, and adhere to strict security and safety protocols. • Period of performance: 24 weeks from award.
