TENT RENTAL AND RELATED EQUIPMENT FOR THE COUNTY OF MERCER

The County of Mercer is seeking a qualified vendor to provide rental services for tents and all related equipment. The vendor will be responsible for furnishing, installing, and taking down the tents upon notice from the County. The rentals will be required for specific events, including the Board of Elections and the 4-H fair. The contract term is for one year, with pricing based on the dates provided for the rentals and an as-needed basis. The vendor must provide a total all-inclusive rental price for each event. Some key requirements include: • Furnishing and installing frame tents, connector marquees, and sidewalls • Providing safety kits, white lighting, and pole-mounted fans • Delivering, installing, and dismantling the equipment • Obtaining necessary permits and licenses • Providing proof of business registration and insurance The County reserves the right to modify the location and add on tent rentals as needed.
