Winter WonderLights Event Staffing

The University of Georgia seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive night‑time staffing for its annual Winter WonderLights light‑show event, covering the full season from late November through mid‑January. The contractor must supply 27 personnel each night, manage recruitment, scheduling, training (including mandatory PCI training), and ensure compliance with background‑check, insurance, and Georgia security‑immigration requirements. The scope includes greeters, on‑site managers, ADA parking managers, traffic controllers, licensed EMTs, and custodial workers, as well as provision of radios and janitorial services after each show.
