One (1) New, One Ton, Crew Cab, 4WD Work Truck W/ Utility Box

The City of Riverton is seeking bids for one new, one-ton, crew cab, 4WD work truck with a utility box. The truck must meet or exceed all specifications requirements. Bidders must submit their bids on the proposal forms contained in the contract documents, without amendment or alteration. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check in the amount of not less than 5% of the total bid price must accompany each bid. The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids, make substitutions, and waive any formalities and technicalities as will be in its best interest. • The truck must be a current model year, 1-ton, crew cab, 4x4, with a service body. • The bid price shall be F.O.B. Public Works Complex, 714 West Monroe Ave., Riverton, Wyoming. • The unit shall be delivered and tested within 120 calendar days from award of the bid. • Payment shall be made 45 days after the delivery and acceptance of the unit. • Preference is given to materials, supplies, equipment, machinery, and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied, or grown in the State of Wyoming, quality being equal to articles offered by competitors outside of the State of Wyoming.
