Missoula County is seeking a professional motorsports production partner to stage three consecutive evenings of family‑friendly motorsports entertainment at the Western Montana Fair. The contractor must provide full turnkey production services—including arena preparation, participant recruitment, staffing (arena manager, stewards, announcer, music), safety and insurance compliance, prize‑money administration, post‑event cleanup, and ongoing year‑round collaboration for sponsorship and marketing.
