The contractor must deliver annual strategic plans, execute branding and promotional campaigns, and provide detailed economic‑impact reporting tied to the city’s Transient Guest Tax revenues. • Develop and manage a comprehensive brand‑marketing and destination‑promotion plan (Section A). • Lead long‑term group and convention sales efforts, including multi‑venue coordination and a 18‑month sales strategy (Section B). • Attract and support sporting events, creating a dedicated sports‑tourism plan (Section C). • Provide economic‑impact analysis, TGT forecasting, and separate accounting when revenues exceed $25 k (Section D‑F). • Ensure compliance with Kansas statutes, city charter ordinances, and maintain required insurance coverage.
