6515--Vascular Examination Equipment

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking qualified vendors to provide vascular examination equipment for the Salt Lake City VAHCS. The equipment must be able to perform various vascular exams, including ABIs with Doppler or PPG, segmental pressures, and pulse volume recording. The vendor will be responsible for delivering the equipment, assembling the system, and providing training and tutorials on the delivery date. The equipment must meet certain requirements, such as being DICOM/PACS compatible and having a touch-screen monitor. • The vendor must provide a capability statement describing their ability to provide equipment that meets the salient characteristics listed. • The vendor must provide their business size in relation to NAICS 339113 and socio-economic category. • The vendor must provide their SAM UEI and FSS/GSA contract number, if applicable. • The vendor must provide their estimated lead time and the country of origin for the products. • The vendor must provide a sealed backlit keyboard and a battery-powered option for portable exams.
