RFP 2026-P15 Hays Sportsplex League Provider and Operator

Hays County is seeking a qualified sports facility league provider and operator to manage and maintain the Hays County Sportsplex. The awarded organization will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance, offering camps, tournaments, and sport-specific programs. The contract term is 10 years, with optional renewal terms. The organization must demonstrate experience in managing multi-sport venues and provide a detailed proposal outlining their qualifications, experience, and program overview. • The Sportsplex features four baseball fields, one softball field, and multi-purpose fields. • The operator will be responsible for staffing, operating supplies, utilities, and contractual services. • The organization must provide a detailed list of activities and programs to be offered, including proposed fees and registration dates. • The operator must ensure adult supervision is present for every league practice, game, and tournament. • The organization must validate the quality of adult leadership by requiring background checks for all head coaches and officials.
