The system must also be powder coated with standard paint colors and have a minimum of 5 year warranty. The vendor must also provide installation of the system. The following are key requirements for the system: • Modular weapons storage/shelving system with fixed and moveable carriages • Storage capacity for at least 272 long guns varying in size from 32 to 52" • Powder coated with standard paint colors • Back panel must be fully slotted for individual adjustability of components within the rack • Adjustable weapons base slotted with grooves for multi-position base inserts • ABS non-marring weapon holders (pair) secure to slotted base shelf per weapon stock • Individually adjustable barrel saddles, ABS non-marring include retainer cord built into barrel sadle • No obstructions from removing a weapon out of the shelving including shelving posts/uprights/gussets • Anchor brackets to secure shelving to all and/or floor • Factory installed adjustable levelers for leveling shelving on uneven floors • 2 full width bolted cross bars which reinforces the back panel of the shelving to minimize the sway of weight being loaded to the back panels
