mRNA-sequencing and Methyl-Bisulfite sequencing from submitted leaf tissue samples

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to perform mRNA-sequencing and Methyl-Bisulfite sequencing from submitted leaf tissue samples. The contractor will be required to provide sequencing services for a total of 610 RNA samples and 20 methylation samples over a period of one year. The samples will be submitted on an "as-needed" basis, and the contractor will be required to provide quality control reports within 3-6 business days of receiving the samples.
