The Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) seeks a qualified organization to design, deliver, and manage an Alternative Licensing Partnership program that guides non‑traditional candidates to obtain initial Tennessee teaching licensure. The contractor will provide curriculum, accelerated coursework, job‑embedded coaching, mentoring, and data‑driven reporting to meet state certification requirements and MNPS diversity and retention goals. The effort is performance‑based, with outcomes measured by candidate licensure success, retention rates, and alignment with high‑need subject areas.
• Deliver accelerated, high‑quality teacher‑licensure pathways (including para‑to‑teacher and fast‑track routes) in subjects such as ELL, Special Education, Math, Science, World Languages, and CTE.
• Provide comprehensive instructional design, on‑site coaching, mentoring, and performance monitoring to ensure candidates meet Praxis and other licensure benchmarks.
• Report regularly on candidate progress, hiring, placement, and three‑year retention targets (minimum 85% retention).
• Meet all MNPS compliance requirements (ADA, debarment, Iran Divestment, non‑boycott of Israel, etc.) and secure required insurance after award.
• Submit a detailed cost breakdown and narrative; offer validity for 120 days post‑deadline.
