The North Carolina Office of State Human Resources (OSHR) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a pre-tax insured voluntary Group Dental Passive PPO Dental Program for active State employees under the NCFlex Program. The program should provide a competitive and good-value dental plan with reasonable benefits and easy-to-understand features. The vendor will be responsible for administering open enrollment and providing other necessary assistance.
