Blue Lake Water Resource Recovery Facility – Digester Cleaning / Inspection Report

The Metropolitan Council is soliciting proposals for the removal and dewatering of sludge and debris from a digester tank at the Blue Lake Wastewater Treatment Facility, as well as the hauling and disposal of solid waste, and the cleaning of the interior of the tank. The anticipated schedule for this procurement includes a pre-proposal meeting, a deadline for questions, and a deadline for proposals. • The pre-proposal meeting will be held on October 29, 2025, at 1:00 PM CT via Microsoft Teams. • Questions concerning the content of the RFP documents are due by October 31, 2025. • Proposals are due by November 12, 2025, at 2:00 PM CT. • The contract is expected to be awarded in December 2025.
